Our private apartment is to be a second home to you. They should feel comfortable and rest. We spent a lot of time with the decor and hope that you find everything you need.
The following house rules are intended to provide assistance for a harmonious stay.
In addition, we have listed some of the rules we hope to find your understanding.
Through a proper treatment of the apartment, you will help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises.
General
If you miss anything in the facility, or if you need help, feel free to contact us.
Please handle the entire furniture and the inventory carefully and treat the property with care.
Smoking is not permitted in our apartment!
It is also not allowed to invite guests.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, dishwashing and cleaning products, refuse bags. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are changed once a week.
Please contact us if you need more.
Rest periods
From 22:00 to 7:00 is the night rest.
From 13:00 to 15:00, is the afternoon rest.
Kitchen
Please note that the dishes are returned to the cabinets only when they are clean. The same applies to the cutlery, pots and utensils you have used.
Trash
We separate recyclable waste material (yellow bin) and residual waste (gray bin). A trash can stands in the kitchen. Please shorten larger packages.
Please dispose of old glass separately, or contact us.
Bathroom
Please do not dispose hygienic products or any food residues in the toilet.To avoid limescale deposits, remove the tiles and glass door of the shower after showering.
We provide you with a hair-dryer for the duration of your stay. This can be found in the washbasin cabinet.
Electric shutters
The electric roller shutters can only be opened and closed with the remote control when the windows are closed.
The windows can be opened with closed shutters.
Emergency exit window
The emergency exit window is located in the bathroom.In case of a strong wind or draft, the window can unintentionally open into the exit position.
To close the window again, do not go to the toilet or bath, but use the telescopic bar.
Cleaning
If you are experiencing a misbehavior (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or working surfaces, etc.), we ask you to rectify this immediately. In the storeroom and under the sink you will find everything you need.We ask you to leave the apartment on departure clean.
TV / radio / WLAN
Please do not program the devices according to your wishes.When using the Internet, it is prohibited to use illegal download platforms!
Damage
Please inform us about the damage you have caused, so that we do not notice it until after your departure at the final cleaning.
Due diligence
The roof windows, even presence, are basically close in the rain.
The ventilation position is only allowed in light rain and little wind.
Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment.
When leaving the apartment, please ensure that everything is switched off – the environment and the landlord are grateful!
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the tenant.
Key
Please never give the keys out of your hands. A loss of the keys is to be notified immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
First aid kit
In case of emergency, there is a medical box, which can be found behind the upper door of the storage room.
Parking
There is no parking at the house. Parking is available along our street.
